Bleaching is the process of lightening a stain or discoloration of teeth. It works by removing the staining agents, in much the same fashion that occurs when cloths are bleached. Result depending on the location, intensity of stain and the hardness of the tooth. It can be done on living teeth or teeth that have had root canal treatment, and can be done in dental office by dentist or at home by yourself under instruction.
